About Nourishing Roots
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30
You deserve to live your life to your fullest, God-given potential. You deserve to be set free.

Nourishing Roots: Mind, Body, Spirit Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. It was created with a purpose, just as you were. We want you to know that you are not alone in your journey or your thirst for wellness, and we want to help you find nourishment mentally, physically, and spiritually so you can be fully equipped to go out and do God's good work.

We believe all good things come from YHWH, our Father, but that some people need extra nourishment to rekindle their connection to God and His original design. We believe that Jesus is the root and sustainer of all things, and we want to help nourish His creation.

With this in mind, it is our goal to sojourn with you as you learn to see more clearly your reflection as God's image, your worth as His child, and guide you in making healthy lifestyle choices along the way so you can more fruitfully carry out His purposes for your life. Moreover, we want these practices to impact future generations as you share them with your children, too.

We do this by focusing on the whole, triune self: the spiritual, emotional, and physical aspect of each person.

Our mission is to teach overwhelmed individuals in our local, national, and global community how to reduce stress and anxiety so they can be equipped for every good work.

Our vision is to renew world-wide faith in God's restorative healing design, strengthening and transforming the body of Christ and sparking a wellness revival.

Our methodology is offering wellness services through our certified team members and being good stewards of our nonprofit status in order to positively impact our local community and beyond.
