When an ice-cream craving hits, reach for this creamy alternative, sure to satisfy both your sweet tooth and keep your hunger at bay.

Banana Nice-Cream
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
SERVES: 1 large or 2 small servings
It is very important you thaw the bananas only to the point where you can peel them - too thawed and your nice-cream will be too soupy.
INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 frozen bananas (peels on)
1/2 avocado
1/3 cup coconut cream
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I recommend hydrolyzed beef)
DIRECTIONS
Set bananas out to thaw (about 10-20 minutes). At the same time, put avocado and coconut cream in the freezer to add firmness. Bananas are perfect when you can just take the peel off (they will still be hard).
Place all ingredients in a blender or immersion blender bowl. Blend until an ice cream like texture. Be careful not to over-blend or it will become soupy.
