A satisfying snack that includes all the macronutrients plus a hint of sweet.

Simple Trail Mix
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
raw nuts of choice (cashews, almonds, pecans, pistachios, etc.)
raisins and/or dried cranberries
seeds of choice (i.e. sunflower, pumpkin, etc.)
optional: coconut flakes, mini dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Mix everything together in a quantity you prefer and enjoy! (Go light on the cranberries and chocolate chips as they contain sugar.)
