Crispy Bacon

COOK TIME: about 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

Uncured bacon slices

1. In a baking dish with at least a 1-1/2 inch rim (or extra-large roasting pan or lasagna pan), lay the bacon slices with space between.

2. Place bacon in a cold oven, then turn the oven on to 365 degrees Farenheit.

3. Most bacon will be perfectly cooked around the time your oven reaches temperature. Check thinly sliced bacon earlier. Very thickly cut bacon may take an extra 3-5 minutes after the oven comes to temperature.
